State Police on Tuesday made an arrest in the murder of a Harlan County man last week.

Robert E. Curry, 39, of Evarts was arrested and charged him with murder in the death of Bruce M. Penix, 47, of Kildav. Penix was found unresponsive in his home on September 6 around 3:30 a.m.

According to autopsy results, Penix suffered blunt force trauma to the head.
