Lexington police arrested a man on child porn charges Thursday morning.

Police say Walson Joseph, 19, and several other people watched as a minor stripped for them and recorded the act with a webcam.

Officials say officers arrested Joseph at his home on Centre Parkway, and charged him with distributing obscene material and use of a minor in a sexual performance. He's being held at the Fayette County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond.
