Police in Tennessee say they plan to extradite a man arrested in Louisville and charge him with murdering his aunt.

Louisville police arrested Caleb Lawrence Mullins, 19, after they found him with his aunt's vehicle outside of a roller rink early Monday morning. Just hours earlier Karen Mullins, 43, was found stabbed to death inside her Jackson, Tenn. home.

Investigators say Karen Mullins moved to Tennessee from Louisville in March. Caleb Mullins moved in with her last month.
