A man who pleaded guilty to his part in a crash that killed a person and injured three others has been sentenced.
22-year-old Hunter Legrand was sentenced to ten years behind bars in Gallatin County charged with manslaughter, assault, criminal mischief, and leaving the scene of the crash.
In July of 2012, Legrand's SUV crossed the center line on a Highway in Gallatin County in July of 2012, hitting an ambulance head-on, causing the vehicle to flip and land on its roof.
The patient who was being transported was killed. The driver of the ambulance and two EMTs ended up at the hospital.
