Police charged a man with manslaughter in connection with a Madison County crash that killed his passenger over the weekend.

Police say Waydell Foster, 26, was under the influence Friday night when the car he was driving crashed into an SUV on the Eastern Bypass. EMS rushed Nicholas King, 33, to UK Hospital where he later died.

Foster was already facing DUI and wanton endangerment charges.
