Police say Seth Scott, 30, tried to sell several items that were stolen from "The Castle" in Pikeville to the chain's Lexington store on Richmond Road on Friday. According to court documents, Scott tried to sell the store back its own stolen items worth nearly $19,000.
Police say he did the same thing last month with items worth about $16,000. Scott was arrested and officers say they found several burglars tools and packets of heroin.
Scott's charged with receiving stolen property and drug trafficking, among other charges. He is due in court later Monday.
