A Louisville man who pleaded guilty to kidnapping and killing a 4-year-old will face sentencing Monday.

Police charged convicted sex offender Cecil New in the death of Cesar "Ivan" Aguilar-Cano. The child disappeared while playing outside of his home back in 2007. His body was later found in a garbage truck.

New could receive the death penalty.
