Man Dead After Being Hit By A Train

A Grant County man is dead after a train hit him Saturday evening.
It happened just before 6:00. Police say two men were walking on the train tracks near the Dixie Highway outside Crittenden when a train came by and struck a 20-year-old man. The other man was able to get out of the way.
The name of the victim has not been released.
