A guilty plea was entered in court Wednesday by a man accused in connection with the 2005 double murder in Fleming County.
Jason Jackson pleaded guilty to two counts of complicity to murder, along with robbery, burglary, and tampering with physical evidence. He faces life without the possibility of parole when he is formally sentenced December 14.
Another defendant, Rodney Dodson, also entered a guilty plea in the case. Both have agreed to testify against Ronald Fairchild in the deaths of Marlene Mauk and Donald Walker.
