A man was injured in a crash along the Bluegrass Parkway in Anderson County Thursday night.

Police say a man driving eastbound swerved to avoid a deer near the Woodford County line around 6:45 p.m. The vehicle rolled in the median and came to rest in westbound lanes.

EMS took the driver to the hospital for treatment of a minor head injury.
