A man is in critical condition after a tour bus accident in Washington County.

It happened on US 150 and Kentucky 555 Friday afternoon around 4:00. Officials say a tour bus ran a red light and hit a pick up truck.

No one was inside the bus at the time of the crash other than the driver, 45-year-old Roderick Cook.

Cook was airlifted to UK Hospital where he is in critical condition.

The driver of the truck was not seriously hurt.
