LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) - Metro police are investigating after a man was hit and killed by a train in southwestern Louisville.
Police tell WLKY-TV (http://bit.ly/RnOOvV ) that the man was hit just before midnight on Thursday, and they are investigating the circumstances. Authorities say it appears the man was hit by a P&L train as he walked along the tracks. He was identified as 42-year-old Larry Hadley Jr.
The train conductor called police.
