The Fayette County coroner has identified the man killed in a Lexington accident Tuesday afternoon.

Police say Joe Lyninger, 19, of Georgetown, crossed the center line at the intersection of Spurr Road and Georgetown Road and slammed into a tractor-trailer.

The truck driver was not injured.
