A man is dead after crashing on Kentucky 30 in Laurel County early Saturday morning.

It happened at about 2:00. Officials say 29-year-old Christopher Keifer was killed when he lost control of his SUV, flipping it several times.

Keifer was thrown from the car. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Officials say alcohol may have played a factor in the crash.
