Man Pleads Not Guilty In Lexington Murder Case

One of the people accused in a Lexington murder in July has entered a not guilty plea in the case.
Kirby Bryan Ruano, 20, is charged in a home invasion on Dinsmore Drive that left 33-year-old Saul Perez dead back on July 16.
Three other suspects have also been arrested in the case. Police say Perez died in a shootout during a robbery attempt.
