A man was shot in a Lexington park Tuesday night.

Police say they got several reports of shots fired at the Green Acres Park on Hollow Creek Road around 7:30 p.m. Officers responded and found a man suffering from gunshot wounds to the wrist and thigh.

Officials say they expect the victim to be OK, but released little information about the investigation.
