Police say what they found in a man's car led them to a marijuana grow operation in Madison County.

David Beverly was arrested Friday night in Richmond after State Police found marijuana in his car.

Beverly was pulled over for alleged traffic violations on Water Street.

Police tell us they found enough drugs in Beverly's car to get a search warrant for his home, where they found an indoor grow house.

He's charged with trafficking and cultivating marijuana.
