23 people have been indicted in Pulaski County on drug charges.
The Pulaski County Sheriff's Department says men and women ranging in ages from 21 to 54 were buying large amounts of Sudafed from Pulaski, Anderson, Boyle, Fayette, Franklin, Jessamine and Lincoln Counties, then selling it to meth manufacturers.
Walter Davidson, Cody Whisenant and James Carrender have already been arrested. They are charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and engaging in organized crime.
Cody Sears, Ashley Sluder, Steven Burchfield, Amanda Brown, Casey Burchfield, Johnny Burchfield, Gary Curtis, Joyce Brinson, Kevin Marcum, Jennifer Marcum, Nathan Shelton, Jimmy Casada, Misty Benefiel, Kendra Epperson, Audrey Randolph, Sabrina Grant, Thomas Brown and Carmen Wilkerson are all charged with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and engaging in organized crime.
Edwin Kean of Science Hill was also already arrested. He is facing charges of manufacturing meth.
Catrina Hornsby is charged with manufacturing meth. She has yet to be taken into custody.
In a separate investigation, Pulaski County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Division says Brandy Brown and Chad Puchalski are charged with trafficking a controlled substance and wanton endangerment. When officials searched Puchalski and Brown's home on Trails End Drive in Somerset, they found heroin and firearms.
