A cold front will cut across the Commonwealth Wednesday and we'll have a few things to keep an eye on. Expect mostly cloudy skies and scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms late in the morning into the afternoon. Also watch for a gusty west/southwest wind (up to 25-35 mph gusts). Highs should stay in the mid to upper 50s pushing 60 degrees south. The moisture will pull out of here overnight and lows will drop to around freezing- a stray rain to snow shower is possible over far eastern mountain counties.
Thursday (the 1st day of spring!) looks partly sunny, dry and cool with highs in the low to mid 50s. Friday could very well be the pick day of the week, a warm front will lift into the southern Great Lakes and a southwest breeze will kick our highs to well above average- mid to upper 60s with mostly sunny skies! Another cold front may spark a few showers Friday night into Saturday morning.
