Authorities have located 13-year old Haley Willett in Sturgeon Bay Wisconsin after she was allegedly abducted from her Ownesboro home early Saturday morning.

The Daviess County Sheriff's Department issued an Amber Alert shortly after she went missing. The girl's alleged abductor is 43-year old Archie Whalen, is in custody in Wisconsin.
