Police issued an endangered missing adult alert for an Ohio man after he disappeared Tuesday.

Investigators say they think 79-year-old Leland Wilson, from Dayton, Ohio, might head toward Kentucky.

Officials say he suffers from dementia, Parkinson's Disease and other medical conditions, and needs medication. Wilson was last seen wearing a blue jacket, blue jeans, a plaid shirt and a white Kentucky Wildcats' hat.

Police say they think he is driving a maroon 2000 Chevy Slilverado pickup truck.
