More on the Virginia Earthquake

This was the 2nd largest quake in Virginia with the largest being an estimated 5.9 in 1897 that was centered in the western Virginia mountain between Roanoke and Bluefield WV. Today's preliminary measurment was 5.8 and may be adjusted. This is certainly the strongest recorded quake in that part of Virginia. Reports are now coming in of buildings swaying in Cincinnati and Columbus.
