It's not drought ending rain, but it does help.
We'll continue to see a variably cloudy sky on Saturday with the off/on rain in addition to a few thunderstorms mixed in. It looks like the heaviest rain will be running just south and east of Lexington with an average of 1/2 to 1 inch. However there will be some heavier downpours that can drop significantly more than that.
With a bit of sunshine we should see highs getting back to the low and mid 80's.
At 11:00 we're mostly cloudy and 73.
