We're back to work and school after the long Labor Day weekend and Isaac's remnants will take one final shot at us with scattered showers and a few t-storms Tuesday, mainly in the afternoon from the Bluegrass into eastern counties. Highs will stay in the low to mid 80s today under partly to mostly cloudy skies. We'll briefly dry out Wednesday, expect partly cloudy skies and just an isolated shower/storm chance. Highs will jump to the upper 80s mid week.

Another approaching cold front means late week shower & storm chances will be on the rise. After a quiet Thursday with highs near 90 Friday will bring a few showers and storms late. The weekend looks wetter and cooler with scattered showers and storms topping out Saturday and lingering into Sunday. Highs will also fall to the 70s.

Topics: mostly cloudy, partly cloudy, warm, muggy, showers, isolated t-storm
