One man is dead after crashing his car into a creek Saturday night in Morgan County.

69-year-old William Rudd was driving west on Maytown Road when he lost control of his car and hit a guardrail. The car flipped and went into a creek.

Rudd was taken to a Morgan County hospital where he was pronounced dead.

State Police are still investigating the crash.
