The mother accused of killing her toddler has pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless homicide.

Jessica Charles was charged with murdering her 22-month-old daughter in February 2010. Police say Danika Charles was taken to the Clark County Hospital, where she later died.

Autopsy results show the toddler died from blunt force trauma to the head, chest, abdomen, legs and arms.

Charles will be sentenced Wednesday in Powell County.
