Witnesses say excessive force was used on a mother at a youth football game Saturday.
It happened at Valley High School in Louisville.
Witnesses say a corrections officer told the crowd to clear the track after the game ended, and that's when trouble began.
Witnesses say 33-year-old Mindy Hernandez was thrown onto the bleachers and slammed face-first into the track.
"Our parents weren't clearing the track fast enough, so one of our parents was attacked," says Cynthia Allen, a witness.
"We were trying to get off the field and my mom was trying to hurry up to take me to one of her friends home coming and the police arrest her because she said f-u," says Josiah Hernandez, the woman's son.
Witnesses said despite what the mother may have said to the corrections officer, the arrest was brutal, especially in front of children.
Hernandez is charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
