A grand jury has indicted one person accused of taking part in a baby trading scheme, but dismissed the charges against two others.

The baby's mother, Heather Kaminsky, is accused of trading her baby for a truck in Laurel County. Investigators say she gave her child to Jaimee and Jeremy Brown in exchange for the truck. On Friday, a grand jury indicted Kaminsky, but dismissed charges of human trafficking against the Browns.

Kaminsky, who claims Jeremy Brown is the father of the child, will be in court again September 21.
