2 cups fresh mango, peeled and small diced
2 cups frozen peach slices
1 1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
6 ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/4 tsp almond extract or vanilla extract (for nut allergy)
1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Combine the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately. Garnish the glass with fresh slice strawberry or orange segment and sprig of mint.
