Sources tell LEX 18 that Mount Vernon mayor Clarice Kirby was arrested again Wednesday afternoon and charged with four counts of retaliating against a participant in a legal process.

On Tuesday, LEX 18 reported that Kirby is expected to plead guilty in a case where she is accused of violating public trust. Kirby faces five counts from two incidents stemming from May and June 2009.

Kirby is expected to plead next week.
