A twice-convicted killer entered a not-guilty plea for a possible third murder case against him.

James Seay was arrested Friday for the stabbing death of a 61-year-old man.

Police say the stabbing happened Thursday night. They say Seay was still wearing bloody clothes when they found him.

Seay has already served time for two separate murders in 1981 and 1996. He was released in December 2011.
