FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) - Nobody should read behind the wheel, but everybody can promote reading while on the road.
Kentucky drivers now have the option of purchasing a license plate that supports public libraries.
The new "Support Kentucky's Libraries" plate is available at any county clerk's office for $44. The annual fee after that will be $31. Drivers can add an extra $10 to help fund library science scholarships.
