The wind has backed off a little and the temperature is back out of subzero territory so the wind chill warning has been dropped for most of the area. It does remain in effect for far northern & northeastern counties through mid to late afternoon Tuesday. Expect mostly sunny skies this afternoon with very cold highs around 10 degrees in the Bluegrass and low to mid teens southeast. We'll still have to deal with a single digit and at times subzero wind chill.
