Heavy rain will wind down in the Bluegrass over the next hour or two but will continue to soak southeastern counties through mid to late Monday afternoon. A chance for a few severe storms will remain close to our Tennessee border but flooding will be a much more widespread problem. Some spots could pick up close to 2" of rain before it dies down... watch for flooded roads and do not attempt to drive through flood water.
