A northern Kentucky man has been sentenced to nearly 14 years in prison for distributing child pornography.

Gary Thomas, 38, pleaded guilty to the charge and admitted he sent and received two thousand images of child pornography over the internet the last several years.

Thomas has been sentenced to 13 1/2 years in prison in the case.
