The attorney for a Laurel County man who is charged with leaving his toddler son in a hot car earlier this week entered a not guilty plea for him in court Wednesday.
The incident happened Monday at about 12:30 p.m. in the parking lot of the Patton Chestnut Binder Insurance Company in downtown London.
Scott Robinson was arrested and charged with wanton endangerment. He told police that he took his son, Brady, to work with him and forgot that he was in the car for about two hours.
The child was taken to a local hospital for treatment but is expected to be recover.
