The University of Kentucky student accused in a weekend rape on campus entered a not guilty plea in court Tuesday.
Simon Segal was arrested Saturday morning, just hours after the alleged crime. Segal's accuser says he forced himself on her in a dorm room, after the two left an off-campus party. According to the police report, the alleged victim refused his advances, but he pinned her neck with his hand and forearm, knocking her unconscious.
Segal is due back in court February 5th.
