One person was injured in a single-vehicle accident in Menifee County early Monday morning.

Officials say the vehicle crashed along U.S.-460 near Frenchburg. Firefighters had to cut the victim out of the vehicle. Rescuers dispatched a medical helicopter to fly the victim to the hospital.

Officials did not indicate the extent of the victim's injuries.
