Deputies in Laurel County say rain was a factor in a deadly crash outside London Tuesday morning.

Investigators say Albert Stillings, 74, lost control of his car along KY-192 and hit another vehicle head on. Stillings was flown to UK Hospital where he later died.

The driver of the other vehicle was also injured. Bobby Evans, 49, was listed in fair condition at UK Hospital at last check.
