The owner of a Pulaski County business that burned Wednesday morning calls the blaze suspicious.

The fire broke out around 1:30 a.m. at Barron Pallets Incorporated on Old Cuba Road, just off US-27, near the Lincoln County line. The owner says it destroyed a building where workers cut wood. He says firefighters indicated the blaze appeared suspicious.

The owner says he does not have insurance.

Investigators plan to come back to the scene Wednesday morning after it gets light to determine the exact cause of the fire.
