A Bourbon County business owner faces child porn charges.

And its not the first time he's been in trouble with the law.

Police arrested Joe Watkins last week on robbery and drug related charges. Investigators say they searched his things and seized his computers, and discovered images they called child pornography.

Watkins owns the Chicken Ranch Restaurant and a flower shop in Paris.

Police arrested him a few years ago after a Halloween prank where co-workers found him lying in a pool of blood with a knife nearby. He was charged with falsely reporting an incident.
