No deal for a woman charged with keeping a three-year-old girl tied up for as many as 16 hours a day.

According to police, Rebecca Jackson and her mother, Carolyn Case, would tie Rebecca's daughter to her bed with a curtain sash for up to 16 hours a day.

The girl's stepfather, Herbert Medley, is being charged for allegedly knowing what was going on.

The Anderson County News reports that the Commonwealth's Attorney's office has retracted a plea for the child's grandmother.

All three were expected to get deals and all three have plead not guilty.
