Lexington police say officers arrested a man in connection with a weekend burglary on Wednesday.

Investigators say Jose Vargas-Izquierdo, 25, went into a Lexington home along El Paso Place on Saturday. While he was inside, residents caught him going through their stuff. The suspect ran from the home.

Officers arrested Vargas-Izquierdo at Everybody's Auto Sales Wednesday and charged him with burglary.
