Police in Clark County continue to search for one of two men shot during an apparent burglary Wednesday morning.

Police say a Judy Stacy's grandson shot Tony Gross and Howard Gross Jr. after catching them rummaging around on their property. Stacy says her grandson fired when one of the men reached for something in the back his truck.

Police say Howard Gross Jr. ran away from the hospital after he was treated.

Tony Gross remains in the hospital.

Police say Stacy's grandson will not face charges.
