Police are investigating after a man's body was found in Casey County late Wednesday night.

Kentucky State Police say Casey County dispatchers got a call about a body found at the Tarter Gate Company off US-127 in the southern part of the county around 10 p.m. Investigators identified the victim as Wendell Pyles, 50, an Adair County resident. Police say they do suspect foul play.

Police ask that anybody who saw any suspicious activity or vehicles in the area to call 1-800-222-5555. You can remain anonymous.
