Kentucky State Police said Friday afternoon that a fatal shooting in Green County earlier in the day that left two dead and two wounded was domestic related and are now working a murder/suicide.
Police say 40-year-old Barry Moore shot and killed his ex-wife, 43-year-old Pamela Moore. The couple was divorced but still living together. The shooting occurred at a residence owned by 66-year-old Barbara Wright, the half-sister of Pamela Moore, located just behind the Moore's residence. Detectives believe that Barry Moore pursued Pamela Moore to the residence where he shot the victims.
Barbara Wright's granddaughter, 22-year-old Ashley Wright, was at the residence and was also shot. Barry Moore then turned the weapon on himself and took his own life.
Pamela Moore died at the scene and Barry Moore died later at the Green County Hospital. Barbara and Ashley Wright are listed in critical condition at University Hospital in Louisville.
