Lexington police continue to investigate a Sunday night home invasion.

The incident took place at the Canterbury Apartments on Lakeshore Drive around 8 p.m. Police say five men stormed into a man's apartment as he opened the door to let in his father. The burglars held the man and his girlfriend at gunpoint and took cash from the apartment.

Nobody was injured.

Police continue to investigate. They say they have not made any arrests.
