Police in Adair County continue to investigate the death on an infant.

Police say somebody called 911 Wednesday morning and reported a baby wasn't breathing. The 4-month-old was later pronounced dead at Westlake Hospital.

Officials say an autopsy is set for Thursday. Police have not filed any charges, but an investigation is ongoing.
