Lexington police arrested a woman after she broke into a home and left with her own baby.

Police say Delainia S. Wilkinson dropped off her baby at the home of the child's father around 2:30 a.m. About 45 minutes later, she broke into the home through a window and crawled back out with the baby.

Police say officers tracked Wilkinson to her home nearby on Boiling Springs Drive. Police arrested her after a struggle, and charged her with burglary, wanton endangerment, assault and resisting arrest.
