Lexington police made an arrest in a shooting case almost a year old Wednesday.

Police say officers found a man inside a home along North Limestone suffering from gunshot wounds to the back and arm last April. The victim survived, and according to court documents, he later identified the shooter in a photo lineup.

Officers served a warrant and arrested Robert Garcia-Munoz, 26, on Wednesday afternoon. He faces an assault charge.
